Pecan Praline Cookies
1 box graham crackers
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1 c. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place graham crackers on ungreased 10 x 15 sheet cake pan, covering bottom. Bring sugar, butter and cream of tartar to a boil. Add nuts. Pur mixture over the top of the crackers. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for a few minutes, and remove from pan while still warm.
