Easy Beef Stroganoff
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 (26 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
2 T. ketchup
2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Brown ground beef with onions, salt and pepper; drain if necessary. Add all other ingredients except sour cream. Simmer slowly for 1 hour. Just before serving add sour cream. Heat until hot throughout. Serve over noodles or rice.
